Abstract
We reported 24 years old Nepalese male who presented with epigastric
pain and jaundiced found to have pancreatic and liver abscess suspected
by abdominal CT scan and MRI, that confirmed later on by EUS-FNA with
pus smear and PCR came for acid-fast bacilli. The patient responded
remarkably to ATT.
