Abstract

Rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis is a nephrological emergency characterized by rapidly deteriorating renal function. The case of a 34-year-old woman is presented who presents with a dialytic urgency associated with diffuse alveolar hemorrhage. The results of the tests to stablish etiology, pathology and immunofluorescence studies and a therapeutic approach are presented.
