Abstract
Root fracture has been defined as a fracture involving dentin, cementum,
pulp and periodontal ligament. A multidisciplinary approach is adopted
to treat dental trauma in clinical practice. This case report described
the use of 18-months VITAPEX paste dressings to induce the formation of
