Case report
A well-oriented skin covered tissue (10x8.5x4 cm) and lymph node biopsy (1x1 cm) following wide local excision from the left axillary mass was received in the Department of Pathology. The outer surface was irregular with fungating mass (8x4.5x4 cm) infiltrating the underlying soft tissue. (Fig. 1A) The cut surface was solid, heterogeneous with firm white as well as soft, necrotic and hemorrhagic areas. (Fig. 1B) It showed infiltrating irregular margins. Single lymph node (1x1 cm) was also received.
