Abstract
This is a case report of Poncet’s disease presenting as bilateral knee
and wrist pain associated with swelling. Joint x-rays and immunological
essays were normal. A chest x-ray and Gene-Xpert diagnosed tuberculosis.
A complete resolution of symptoms was attained following the completion
of anti-tuberculous therapy regimen.
